Because most items are custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the defective item

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

Once we verify the condition, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without defects (including sizing or fit issues)

  • Change of mind
